Behavioral Assessments are at the heart of every single thing we do here. And frankly, when you see what Steven can do with them, you'll understand why. (Once the echo from the blowing-of-your-mind subsides, that is.)

It all starts with a simple questionnaire administered to a qualified candidate. The results are then expertly analyzed by Behavioral Resource Group to reveal (with astonishing detail and accuracy) the true motivations, personality style, core values, tendencies, strengths and weakness of that individual.

The findings on each candidate are presented in a detailed brief.

This information is of incalculable value in determining if a candidate is the right fit for the position.

This optional step is the "Yin" to the assessment "Yang" (No, that's not a dirty word).

Job Benchmarking is unique because it doesn't involve analyzing a person, but rather analyzing a position. This process of identifying, articulating and prioritizing key accountabilities "lets the job talk" to reveal exactly what "it" needs for superior performance.

The resultant information can be used in conjunction with the assessment to further assure an ideal match between the applicant and the position

All Hired candidates will be evaluated during a 90 day period. If you are not satisfied with the Hire's performance at that time BRG will meet with the individual, perform an assessment to determine the issues at hand, and enter into coaching with the individual to achieve desired productivity. If resolution can not be reached, BRG will find another suitable candidate at one half the original cost.

It's nice to know there's a guarantee but you should never have to use it because...
