We recommend participating in a DISC and PIAV certification program to experience in-depth training that will enable you to be confident and competent when using DISC materials in DISC training, coaching, and PIAV insights or a consulting setting. Steve Sisler CPVA, CPBA is a master trainer and understands the depth of the language better than most trainers. Steve has been apprenticed by Master analyst Grant Mazmanian of Pinnacle Group USA.

What is the DISC and PIAV Certifications Process?

  • DISC and PIAV Certification participants develop an understanding of how to use instrumented learning to improve employee performance and productivity (we make you an expert)
  • Participants learn to generally people read without the instrument
  • DISC and PIAV Certification Participants apply the information using a variety of DISC and PIAV assessments and interactive exercises. Applications for coaching, conflict resolution, leadership, management, sales, service, and teambuilding are explored
  • Participants learn the deeper side to graph interpretation and what individual differences mean on many levels – This is NOT your typical weekend warrior certification offered by most groups.
  • Participants will experience immediate graph reading strategies
  • DISC and PIAV Certification Participants be able to correctly administer, score, and apply the DISC and PIAV Profile in their own workshops, coaching sessions, and consulting settings using their own Facilitation Systems
  • DISC and PIAV Certification participants will demonstrate their understanding of the DISC and PIAV Models by delivering presentations during their training sessions

What Can I Do After Completing This DISC and PIAV Certifications?

Upon successful completion of the DISC and PIAV Certifications, you will have the knowledge and background necessary to teach DISC and PIAV to others. You will need to purchase the appropriate DISC and PIAV self-assessment tool(s) for each of your participants. You may also develop training programs around the DISC and PIAV model, or purchase off-the-shelf programs that incorporate DISC and PIAV.

Training Costs
Our Virtual Disc and PIAV Certification process combines one-on-one personalized phone coaching with independent learning activities accomplished through a Webinar platform.
Training costs are $14,500.00 per person. Groups of 5 or more are $7,500.00 an individual.
Other fees:
TTI exam fees - $400.00
TTI enrollment costs - $1,495.00
Books/Binder and Software costs - $520.00 (Approximate)

Other costs will/might include:

  • Laptop computer
  • Laser fax machine

  • OneBox System or other professional phone system
  • Desktop with monitor (iMac preferable)
  • Continued educational material
  • Home office
  • Desk/chair (comfortable)

This is NOT a two day event, but a long-term virtual webinar where you will be profiling your own clients and engaging in a hands-on approach. We will cover all the behavioral and attitudinal bases in the necessary hours needed with virtual on-line training. When your training is completed, you will be ready to uncover all the hidden behaviors and attitudes of those you profile.
You will be able to predict behavior to unexpected accuracy the first time (above 82%). You will be able to work with all types of people including sales, management, CEO's, CFO's, owners, etc.

The Consulting Business Kit is $6,000.00 and includes all of the below.

  • A professional website for the purpose of survey completion
  • Equipment list (Names and models that perform well)
  • Program list
  • Easy to use templates for e-mail, contracts, coaching agreements, etc.
  • Corporate identity (logo, business cards, letter head, envelopes)
