Sisler CPBA, CPVA is our lead analyst and conference speaker.
Steve's highly insightful, yet unapologetically irreverent, approach to each of the aforementioned diverse disciplines has made him a much sought after Motivational Speaker, Teacher, Coach and Agent of Change. As a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst and the Founder and CEO of The Behavioral Resource Group, a division of Sisler Solutions, LLC, Steven's passion is to utilize his expertise in human nature and behavior to help people discover how they are wired personally and in relationship with their work, team members and others. Equipped with this understanding, those individuals, families, teams and corporations can begin to experience real growth and meaningful interactions that make sense.

Steven is certified in Behavioral Analysis through Pinnacle Group International. He graduated with honors from RBTC in Broken Arrow, OK with a degree in Pastoral Studies (1987). Steven is also a Graduate of The Vineyard Leadership Institute (2004) in Columbus, Ohio. He has written numerous articles, e-books and is the author of “The Power of Accidental Increase; why some people create more by accident than others do by purpose” and his latest book, “There’s More To Management Than A Big Desk, published by Westbow Press, a division of Thomas Nelson Publishers.”
